PROGRAMS

The Science and Medicine Graduate Research Scholars program was established to enhance the experiences of underrepresented graduate students in the biological sciences. SciMed GRS offers professional development, community resources, and funding opportunity for underrepresented minority students.

There are many resources available to help fund your education. Initially, the graduate school can help with application fee costs. Many graduate students are offered, teaching, project or research assistantships. Additionally, there are 39 training grants with funding opportunities for students.
